A former Masonic Lodge in Kennethmount in need of repair was revived and extended by the Patons. The original character of the historic building has been retained beautifully but the addition of the contemporary  modern glass and timber extension gives the Lodge the best of both worlds- a cosy living area with plenty of space for visitors in the modern, light extension.
