Summer Isles Foods were Established in 1977, on a croft in Achiltibuie near Ullapool. They now produce a large range of smoked salmon and smoked fish products as well as smoked meats, herring marinades and Scottish cheeses for independent retailers and caterers. They were looking for fresh images for their website and brochures with a contemporary and clear feel to them. The images were shot in their warehouse using simple natural lighting to place emphasis on the quality of the product. I have a real passion for food photography so was delighted to work with Summer Isles Foods and their wonderful foods. Just a small selection of the resulting images are below.
