Food photography at Aldourie Castle, Loch Ness

I recently did some photography for Aldourie Castle. It was a pleasure to photograph such wonderful and well presented food for chef Richard Turner at the castle. The food served is nothing short of wonderful and I hop eI have managed to capture this in some of the photography !

It’s not often that the words campsite and great architecture are used in the same sentance. But when you visit Loch Ness Shores Camping & Caravan Site you will understand. The beautiful reception building houses shower rooms, coffee machines, a shop, reception area and seating. The equally impressive shower building houses some of the most modern and fabulous showers I have seen on a campsite. You can understand why they won “Loo of the year Award ”

Property & Interior photography on the Isle of Iona

I went across to the beautiful Isle of Iona recently to photograph a bed and breakfast, Ardoran House, which sits right on the shorefront and just a few minutes away from the ferry.  The island is quite unique in that it is a heritage site and is extremely small so it only allows visitors on foot or by bike. Ardoran House is a bed and breakfast which is superb in many ways. From the Iona tartan on the beds to the handmade soaps, fabulous afternoon teas and tasty breakfasts, attention has gone into every aspect of this bed and breakfast. I enjoyed doing the interior photography for Ardoran House and also managed to do a bit of landscape photography whist I was there. I spent a night on Iona and managed to capture a sunrise and sunset, having been blessed with the most fabulous weather.
